Minicel® is a premium, chemically cross-linked, closed-cell polyolefin bun foam known for its ultra-fine cell structure and outstanding physical performance. Designed for projects that require thicker, high-performance foam, Minicel is produced in thicknesses up to four inches and can be tailored to meet the unique demands of your application.

With its smooth surface, non-toxic composition, and excellent resistance to water, chemicals, and physical wear, Minicel® foam offers unmatched versatility. It contains no CFCs, HCFCs, or hydrocarbon blowing agents, making it a safe and sustainable choice for both consumer and industrial products.

Minicel® Grades Available in Bun Form:
