Sekisui Voltek foams deliver a world of performance that covers everything from buoyancy to insulation, from shock absorption to sound deadening, from temperature extremes to water, mold, fungi, chemical and abrasion resistance. We can engineer certain foam grades to be fire retardant to meet FMVS302(b), UL 94 HF1 and FAR 25/853 vertical burn regulations for aircraft seating.

Does your project demand foam with specific physical properties? No problem. Thickness, weight and flexibility can all be controlled in the manufacturing process. Our foams are available in sheet, roll or bun form. And they’re easily fabricated via a number of popular methods like lamination, thermoforming, compression molding and die cutting.
